Its a combination of factors based upon my research, the management, the time taken to get to this stage, the potential first step advantage, the difficulty to obtain change in this regulated field, the upside potential based upon the figures, the number of shares on issue etc etc - i could go on and on - but its only my opinion - I may be wrong and end up hanging from a rope if it goes belly up.
