Well no doubt an exciting day for all holders, it is apparent that the deal will go ahead, so that small doubt is eliminated.

The forums will be spared a pump as well, since there will be no trading until the details are released, which is a good move I believe. No real need for negativity either as there is no changing anyones mind about whether you are in/out at this point.

Holders will be waiting with baited breath for the details, I do wish that all of your pains are finally rewarded! Now that its all locked in I hope the final wait is not too taxing for you.

I'll be paying close attention too and may well be picking up some of your shares in gridComm
