First of all Wabbit, this thing you posted is not in your own words, because of the grammar and no spelling mistakes.
My point was, we have staff (Directors) whom out source a lot of the work that we would have expected for them to do (Consultant fee's).
So when bad decisions are made, it was due to bad advice, no responsibility, not accountable...
