I was mainly taking about physical processes. In terms of chemical process. In general leaching slows with lower temperature but as stated that's happening way below surface, where there won't be much change in temperature. Also, I believe the carbonate added to catalyze leaching is a mildly exothermic.
As a whole we are ahead on leaching rate then in feasibility and I can't see the cold even slowing leaching to that level.
