I'm really not trying to poo poo the stock as I know that when i want to be onto a good thing I hate it when others do that, but there is no way in hell that this stock will realise the 150 million in potential sales they are talking about. i will bet my car and house on it.

The market is worth 150m yes, but that is thru an already established channel with HUNDREDS of sales people working over 4500 resellers throughout the country that has been in existence for over 15 years. (all of them can buy this $2m company in a heartbeat)

The opportunity for these guys is to be an engine that MSFT use to sell direct using the subscription model, which MAY take off, one day, and MAY do so this year, but not short term.

    - When do MSFT do the subscription pilot (July)
    - How long does it go for?
    - How does it get measured (remember that selling a monthly fee for access to software will only appeal to a smal percentage of the market - anyone remember the big rush for ASP's like sol 6 in 1999 . . where are they now)

But most importantly . . . what is the pay back to MUL from this agreement . . and when. Some more facts rather than a wishy washy sales release needed

My prediction is that this stock will take a slooooow dive over the next weeks then when the subscription service is launched it will jump sharply again, then dive again, then either die completely or get bought out

I wont buy in till they tell us more about what money they are getting, from where, what the agreement is worth - some more facts PLEASE. This reminds me of 1999 when everyone was annoucncing MEANINGLESS strategic partnerships expecting shares will jump, with the net result being .0000 to the bottom line

    More facts needed.

Take your money now before you lose it
