You only have one person to blame, and it's not management.
Stoploss MUST be used at all times unless you have good buy/sell skillset whereby you buy n sell at your % of gain or loss without getting caught up in outside influences.
You should set a time to exit at say 5% loss or 10% loss and that's it, no holding for dear life, no hoping, no guessing, set a loss limit and sell.
Management aren't here to dictate share prices, they run companies, they get paid either way, don't blame management, it wont help you.
Im personally cynical of most companies, there is good reason for it.
I need to be convinced beyond most to buy a stock, it lessens the disasters.
Good luck fella, dont like to see anyone lose money, try to not get convinced easily, be harsh and critical, only then will you wisen on your investments.
