@NavyDiver, Don't underestimate the power of herd mentality.

I'd love to see a developer spruiking an estate with Redflow power, but at the end of the day the Tesla brand packs more punch.

This article is example #91 of how Tesla has claimed first mover advantage and now has the dominant market position (even if it is with a inferior product.)

Here's a marketing email I got from my solar installer this week (highlighting is my own):


Troubling points here for Redflow are that they are spruiking Tesla's new 10 year warranty on unlimited cycles of the Powerwall. I'm led to believe by others on this forum that this is not true, however, this is what some installers are telling people, so I can only assume they have the correct information.

Building on this, even if Keen2BGreen offer Redflow batteries later down the track, their "keenest" battery customers will already have a Powerwall installed, thus reducing Redflow's initial take-up.
Multiply this across all installers and you can see the marketing mountain that RFX will have to climb to justify its share price.

As an investor you should continue to DYOR as always.
