at present the only way thats going to happen is a 20:1 consolidation. until the oil flows then price will be this or lower. at least with a consolidation if oil does start to pour with only 250m shares on issue there will some demand and that could push price up at least in short term. sadly down side is there is a long way to fall from 1.60.
