Consolidation is not the panacea for low sp.
Management activity 'selling' the story is the go.
You can find it, but you've got to sell the story to get the sp up.
If the 'lecture' @ the Noosa mining Conf was an example of the effort putting in to 'sell' the setup, then I doubt we will ever get there! IMHO of course.
