From my understanding, when Mr Gordon is pointing out OT scripture to show that Jesus was foretold from the beginning and that every genealogical reference refers to Jesus, the problem is that most references are pointing to His so-called second coming and not His first.new name and a new religion . The irony is likely to be that Jews in the future having accepted the new version of Jesus via a new name and religion will then accept the old version and see it all in perspective.

If, by saying that they will accept the old version, you mean that they will accept the OT prophecies as they now see them of the Messiah then I think that you are right. As the prophecies are both fairly specific and certainly demanding, it will be interesting if they ever come true. Will the Jewish Messiah ever be Jesus? I doubt it, as there are too many, game-breaker gaps in the fulfilling of prophecies to make this possible from a Jewish perspective.
