The chance of a muslim ALP cabinet/senate member being selected from what is +/-
viable 103 members population is 2/103. That is so as only two of the ALP members are muslim faithful.( One by attachment, Ed Husic a self identified muslim & the other Sam Dastyari as a maybe, perhaps, can't say, dunno muslim, perhaps an apostate.)
The 'p' of selecting either is 2/103
or about a 1 in 50 chance.
The muslim population is
roughly 2% of the Australian population.
The chance of randomly picking a muslim questioner (assuming only muslims have a muslim question for Pauline - which proved to be the case) out of a normal Australian crowd, hence also roughly 1 in 50 chance.
Both those probabilities coalesced on Monday night's Q&A .
A random chance = 1 /2500
That is the chance that one randomly selected Australian muslim with a muslim question in a normally distributed crowd was to have the opportunity to face have a muslim comprised panel.
That fact that
three muslim members of the faithful community managed to get questions out of about the 15 odd questions asked of the audience is so improbable, so as to be near statistically impossible. That is if the questioners too were randomly selected, too.
That means that both the
audience composition & the selection of
questions are stacked.
But we knew that...

That Sam Dastyari happened to be seated right next to Pauline was no fluke either.

Cindy Rahal had the one question worth asking. Is Pauline being divisive? Sure she is... But not as divisive as an Islamic inspired maniac being TRUCK driven into an innocent crowd... and of that of a long, long tedious list is too long to ever defy deep insult.
