Yes maybe in the short term and if as we all believe that demand will increase past when they expect to be mining (end of 2017 / early 2018) then sentiment will swing towards the bigger producer. Let's say hypothetically speaking that PLS decides to go with a larger plant and adds another 6 months build time because of increased contracted demand. Then perception would favor PLS, would it not?
I changed my mind about getting a heart. Seems like everyone has one lately.
