It may be dilution but net effect is a SP greater then the CR. You watch the discount AJM do on their next large CR where most of the SI have been burnt in past thinking AJM Would react the same as PLS when it was just the ugly sister.
The AJM SPP was a disaster because the retail holders didn't back the company at all. Lack of confidence. You were always against doing CRs with SI and when AJM take that stance they got burnt. I say AJM management did a bad job with last CR. They have the worst relationship with share holders as well.
