    Anyone care to forecast the directional bias of WTI Crude? $43 handle a bit earlier. Recall that last August Crude at 40 was one of the major triggers of Wall St's late Aug. 2015 "week of woe"...(the others being China Deval, Gold at 1,100, Copper at 5,000)
