HC, if the JV partner is a dodgy operator who has lost his license based on a Supreme Court decision,
and someone who the President has branded as Mining's enemy number 1, why hasnt the Supreme Court
come in and stopped their operations?
Based on internet feeds, Gina Lopez is not their biggest fan too
And yet, the first 4 operations she has stopped didn't include the JV partner
Am I missing something here?
