mustpow you obviously don't understand what first right of refusal is... let me spell it out for you.
PLS want to sell product to a customer. The price negotiated is given to GAM who can either match that price and take the product or just take the 2.5% royalties. If they take the product the process will start again for the remaining product until all product is sold to either GAM or a combination of GAM and customers. Tell me how this is a bad thing? the 2.5% is already factored into NPV.
