This is why i think a no vote is better blommer. Gridcomm is only a startup as well no revenue yet they need the access to capital to be able to expand. A no vote on this could potential tie them up for another year unless they resubmit a better offer for the deal in which case it can be done alot quicker. If the deal fails gridcomm stand to lose as much if not more than us so a no vote they are more likely to make a better offer than walk away.
