If I'm not mistaken, isnt the company which was bought and for which TMP listed, bought from this Zhenya?? ie the foundation of the company is something bought from an insider who is being indicted.

It will be interesting to see if he has any fingerprints on the Croatian acquisition and the bad debt which came good. Certainly as the "founder"and ëxpert", his influence goes beyond the current resignation announcement stating "no operational involvement".
