re: questions to be asked Amex, either the deal has been done or it has not been. If it has then they should really announce it rather than play the silly game of hinting to the European holders that there would be some sort of meaningful release this week. The shareholder update early in wekk week would suggest to me that the deal has not been done and to pacify the native, you release some meaningless garbage.
