Mal shuts the gate

So Mal is going to increase the penalty for terrorism conviction . Wow this guy' s got NFI . Once a terrorist has killed a person or persons it's too late . Then in all his wisdom Mal will keep him in jail for longer so the family of the deceased will probably have to help pay ( taxpayer ) for his upkeep . Mal will have blood on his hands if he doesn't prevent these killers from coming here in the first place . It's just like the police saying we can't do anything until a crime is committed .
