I'm definitely tired of the repeated dilution and hope a majority vote no, although can't see that happening. Also tired of announcements stating management are so confident they are paying themselves in shares. Man, that is awesome *said with sarcastic tone*. IMO a laborer is worthy of his hire and if he/she sucks, remuneration should reflect that. So far I think current sp reflects a terrible performance which ought to be remunerated with them giving shares back to the company.
