elio that is blatant stupid ramping. You're either trolling the threads or you have absolutely no idea how to come up with a sensible valuation.
To start with some facts. PDN peaked on the ASX 10/04/2007 at $9.66 per share. At this time shares on register were 501.55 million giving it a market cap of AUD $4.844 billion.
This price coincided with U308 prices at around US $110 per pound. U308 prices peaked by the way at US $136 per pound June 2007.
This is based on 100% ownership of LH.
Fast forward to today. Shares on issue are 1.713 billion. Share price is AUD 20.5 cents giving a market cap of AUD $351.1 million.
Now your lofty target is $20 per share. So at $20, and assuming no more dilution at all, would give a market cap of AUD $34.26 billion. Or a 700% increase over the peak attained in 2007.
All with the U308 price at US $27.
And based on 51% ownership of LH.
The problem PDN has now, is that it has sold 49% of the golden egg laying goose at the bottom of the market.
Even if U308 price recovered to say US$100 per pound. And the share price achieved half of what it was at its peak (based on 50% LH) then you would be looking at a sp around $1.40 assuming no more dilution.
And this isn't even considering the fact that at it's peak the PE ratio was over 200:1.
I would estimate that the maximum PDN is going to be able to get to without dilution, and hitting production targets at LH and K (coming back online) is ~$1.00 plus maybe 1.50. AND based on U308 price having a substantial increase.
Now that is a ballpark estimate, without looking at additional production figures, etc, etc. But people need to have a realistic price expectation here. How people think the PDN shareprice is ever going back to ~$10 is wildly over optimistic.
People will argue that PDN have lots of additional resources in the ground. And I acknowledge it does. However, a huge portion of it's resource base is in Australia. One of the most unfriendly uranium mining districts in the world. I have sincere doubts that PDN will ever get to build a uranium mine in Australia.
