We don't know where MIN and GAM are up to with their purchase.
The vendor wouldn't be able to make decisions on behalf of the purchaser. The timing couldn't have been more perfect if their intention is to delay PLS.
Maybe Ganfeng are looking for a cheap take over of PLS.
