I wonder if this is not the announcement promised regarding capital requirements. That's how I read it but you never k ow. Either way, if a capital raising is required it will be minor and at a better time in the companies progress.
I could be wrong but I think any capital raising (if needed) will be delayed until after the initial unblinded HSV 2 results are released. That would make much more sense.
