Because I made a mistake.
How do we all feel about the board sucking half a mil a quarter from the coffers for admin that administers nothing? Who did they loan 600+K to?!
All the while, they just tick the boxes that our weak compliance laws require and they can remain as trustees of our almost depleted monies regardless of their abilities.
How are they going to raise 4 millions bucks for a business when they burn 2mil PA on a shell?
