Thanks Boss55 for that explanation on the loan which by-passed any shareholder approval and has zero recourse to recovery should this go T*** up (imo). I've seen loans disappear many times over the years eg YOJ - but they had they nouse to limit their exposure on such styled loans and moved into something better.

They didn't, like VIC, hand over 75% of their operating cash pending approval.
