Malcy is simply say what I and lots of others are saying.
FAR PE's for 10% or 35% depending on what CNE does. But to do s they need to be able to write a cheque. If for 35% a bloody big one.
To be able to write a cheque they have to have done a deal with someone. A "partner". Someone who they have done a deal with. That deal ensuring that FAR can write the cheque. Perhaps WPL itself. I hope that the deal involves a T/O of FAR after the PE.
I know that there are lots of permutations and combinations but it is not that hard.
Far will not be laying it's cards on the table and atm the SP is not that important.
The SP and Volume are only indicators of whether or not a deal is being done. These things always leak.
I am praying that they are hatching a plan with a "partner", a plan so cunning that you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel.
