Well Thessi I don't believe they would sign those as the sole terms and certainly do not think any lawyer on the planet would allow it. So that is suggesting there was zero legal advice which would be staggering.
Quite honestly I would be 99.99% sure that is a summary of the major points and nothing remotely resembling the full agreement.
I do think management should now put up a lot more detail of the agreement even if they don't disclose some angles. Or at least confirm there is a comprehensive legal document in place to put an end to all this speculation.
