I doubt it. I do know BM was keen to step down last year as he was very busy and they had been diluted to a non Board seat holding so I doubt it is founders v anyone as you hypothesise. RH has only gone immediately from the Board which is just good governance but I doubt he is directly involved in much company activity nowdays either. If there was any other things as you suggest then I will always side with the person with $$$ invested - sounds rough but there are too many precedents that founders are emotionally involved and Genuinely believe they are commercially focussed but their true focus is the cause - they believe the commercial return will naturally follow so they pursue the cause not the commercial outcome. We have a major shareholder who basically saved those founders from financial ruin and along with the rest of us have funded the most exciting part of their development (in my opinion) and they want a commercial return - not just a fund manager like Karelis or NAOS - they put in personal dollars that I'm sure will hurt if they don't get a return.

I'm signing off again - I only popped in to say hi on a few threads and I am already getting into discussions - no self control. All the best to fellow holders and I hope I turn out to be right on a pretty ambitious prediction . . . .
