Love the stock-love the potential,however believe there are a few reasons for concern/debate.
1 Relentless ramping by certain contributors vis. shaking the tree, full moon , ORM, ancient Greek analogies etc. have been negative to readers.
2 Why is founding Director continuing to sell down if all is so rosy??
3 Total lack of debate/reference to options package to Richard Swann -!,500,000 opts. exercisable at 2-20 effectively a 4 million sign on fee,employed well after HNC & U.S investors on board.
4 Options granted as fees for capital raisings(fair enough) but then granting Gordon Toll 200,000 shares +800,000 opts. over & above said fees.

Maybe too many snouts in the trough & reason for recent price under-performance
