IMO,

Market and major banks are forward looking in sense that they believe that the Q and A model will not deliver the earnings expected - over 9m questions answered for a very small EBITDA after 7 years of growth ( refer company announcements )

EBITDA from Q and A was higher in 2014 when only 3m questions were answered ( refer IPO figures on Q and A )

Margins squeezed, marketing and advertising ongoing and constant need to procure new customers to pay for advice


For the record MBE was 33c in late 2013
