Really is a very simple doc, been in the public domain nearly a year now, would have presumed anyone investing in equities would have the basic intelligence to comprehend it.
After all, it does carry full and complete detail, defined terms & duration, totally contrary to something as vague and extortionate as NTU's Lind horror, for example.
