How much cash will they have at the end of the year? Less than 3mil? Enough to buy a chicken shop or a few milk bars?
What fin tech or app do you honestly think is out there that they can get for 3 mill and/or scrip that will re-rate this shell?

Good luck to all but I couldn't see anything substantial coming from this shell without more cash or board experience.
