    Yes, it's OBJ's (or, more precisely, it's wholly owned subsidiary International Scientific Pty Ltd's) patent application which it filed in the US patent office YEARS ago. Japan patent office granted this oral care device patent last year. US has only just done so now. It's only OBJ's second US patent.

    So now I say ..... RELEASE THE OBJ TOOTHBRUSH! We all know it's happening.
