You're a smart guy. You must get that you just can't issue shares much like a country just can't print money.
If you print out 10 million worth of shares 2 cents each the value of all nor share would go well under 1.3 cents making the whole thing pointless.
Other than the retrying the 1 mill st 3.5 in a few months for little more working capital nor is all outa cr options with the mc cap so low. Its either revenue or takeover from here.
