These are great results. Hitting both amyloid and tau is key allowing for multiple intervention points. And as Tanzi has confirmed we know it is also an antibiotic that crosses the BBB. Out of the 2400 compounds he has screened PBT2 has come out on top. A talk like this at the biggest international convention is for sure going to get some attention.
