The only ambiguity in dates of a potential Licensing Agreement announcement, is between this ASX statement shown in my picture here on the 28th April, and the ASX announcement released on the 6th May.
If you take the announcement in May as gospel, the expiration of the ninety days is next week, Thursday 4th August. (Friday 5th announcement).
If you take the April announcement as gospel, today is first business day since expiration of the 90 days, USA time.
