I don't recall any promise of an announcement on 25 July but this is from the last announcement:

"The collaboration agreement with Divan.TV enables TV2U content to be delivered into the region via a trusted and fully operational partner. TV2U content will be marketed and promoted on the Divan.TV platform, which currently has around one million active users. This service will be launched on 25th July 2016. K2U has 1,500 titles on the Russian service and users are currently being offered a free two-week trial. The Company is currently working though the next phase of the Divan.TV collaboration and intends to launch further content offerings for the region, with this first Karaoke service being launched by the 25th July 2016."

I understand from it that Divan/TV2U and K2U were going to be launched on 25 July. IMO there's no point putting out an announcement just to tell us "we've launched it" but wouldn't they need to wait at least a few days to see what the target's response was before they have anything to announce to SH?
