    I recently did the "sums" and we were 35% under FAIR value just on Cattlin alone...

    Add 10-15% for speculative. Then there's the other resources they never count...

    We're perhaps not 100% under, but I believe definitely very undervalued, and that is good for anyone already invested over the longer term.
