At the time of that announcement Divan had 1 million subs, it is my understanding it now has 3.5 millions subs, a 250% increase

The binding agreement gives TV2U 50% share of all profit on ALL net revenue
Tv2U has predicted in that announcement that revenue will be 25 million in the first 2 years from launch
The profit on this revenue is unclear
