Firstly, we don't know the reason for the TH.

Also;

1. If it is a JV is it the 'big one' - like Operator type.?
2. Is it a LOI type JV or are we up and running?
3. If we are up and running how far off will drilling be?

And don't forget the little matter of the overall Political situation in Somalia/Puntland etc and this Islamist Mob from the South.

A bit of live fire and/or the odd car bomb maybe in Boosaaso, would be very bad news.

But thats why the current Range SP is 3c I guess.
