Umm…. Yes …. But…. when they suggested that business model it would have been illegal to be selling their product in Australia, ie sale of commercial quantity of an illegal substance.
Considering the recent and rapid changes in Australian laws I think you’ll find they may change their target market slightly if they were to get an OZ licence.
I do agree however, it wouldn’t make sense to grow it here and ship it over to Canada.
I’m backing MMJ all the way but the more I think about it these other guys could well be a wild card once they list, especially considering the 15% partner they have worth US $300m and the intellectual property and experience they bring to the table.
