timing of third party. h

Anyone out there got a guestimate on when a third party might announce another offer, if one was to materialise ?

I'm thinking Tullow are buying as many as they can at $2.02 to make things a little easier should a third party emerge?...even though it makes getting the vote through a little harder.....it covers their but should they miss out on HDR & gives them some bargaining power if they can get a fair hold ?

H, did you get caught out of HDR...think last I read, you had emptied the cupboard just before the takeover notice?
