Wow the communists are out in force in a flash threatening me, with three posts in exactly 2 minutes, threatening to impose a $170 fine on me for not knowing and complying with a Law from Section 14 in 1905.

If there is an 'on the spot $170 penalty' which HC posters are already "non-compliant" with, then I expect it would be written somewhere on the letter to the resident in bold type.
But no such penalty threat exists on my letter so I'll keep it as evidence in case a real live federal sheriff issues me with that fine, not you nice nini.
