Just extrapolating on your argument (and I'm not saying I totally disagree with all your points), let's take the entry price of say .32 for regular holders.

The massive profit the decision makers will make with a T/O at .75 will make me approximately twice what I have invested. Now that is likely to happen within six months.

Moreover, you correctly state the inner circle will make an absolute killing and do it on an exponential scale. Thus, how hard do you think they will fight to ensure this turn of events comes about at .75 or even better .9. Also, the strike price of ALMOST ALL the options is higher than my entry price (excluding the so called loyalty options I have), so for this scheme (if it exists), to work they must give me the opportunity to exit in profit.

So whilst I'm not happy about it, it doesn't deter me from investing in Axiom. How many of your investments double or triple within a year. Sadly most of mine don't. Thus, it's not going to be the Disallowed for me that it was prior to the CoA but it will be a 3 or 4 bagger now. I'll take that chance every day of the week.

Anyone who thinks RM is in it for anyone but himself needs to give themselves an uppercut, or better still ask themselves;

Who are they in it for? I'll tell you straight up I'm here for me and my family! Do I wish others well - definitely, but not at the expense of my family.

So all in all, this latest CR pisses me off a bit because the negative sentiment may slightly hurt the SP, but the dilution is not great and the SP will recover quickly. It was done at a much better rate than the last one and Isabel or San Jorge are not far away. So I swallow the bitter pill and will stand there with my hand out in a few months to collect my money.

If people are pissed off about not being included in the so called chosen group either network more or run your own business because...if you as an investor aren't happy to double or triple your money in a year on the ASX you are setting yourself up for a very unhappy investment experience.......unless you are an absolute guru.
