This makes CAD more viable.. imo.

Location: mining-friendly Nevada..some countries tend to be more volatile than others Nevada is a safe haven for miners..being near Tesla is a bonus , because of the amount of lithium miners in the Nevada area most likely other so called giga factories will be built there ( example Faraday )and processing plants..so off-takes shouldn't be an issue.
Rapid Advancement: lithium brines projects tend to require only a moderate amount of drilling to advance the property.
Low-Cost Exploration/Development/Production: the accessible nature of lithium brine deposits results in low costs overall.

So Cad is in a hotspot for lithium , well positioned.
