    It's good and bad.

On the one hand a lot of selling has been done now that Super Fusion sold out of 19m shares, so hopefully the selling wave is over.

On the other hand, a lot of questions remain:

    1) Why would the second largest seller want to sell out now? What does he/she know that we don't? Did the seller just need to free up funds now?

    2) The notice shows the seller sold 19m shares for $19.475m i.e. $1.025 per share. How is this possible given only 380k shares traded yesterday and an average of 200k shares changed hands per day over the past month? Were shares actually sold over a longer period of time for a higher average price - this would make more sense given the price has been dropping for months now.

In conclusion, if the drop was due to a seller needing funds and that selling has finished, the price drop is explainable and the price may rise over time, however if the exit of the second largest holder predicts a poor FY16 result then it's a value trap.

I'm intrigued to know how 29m shares could be sold at $1.025 given 21.9m shares have been sold in total this calendar year (according to CommSec)! This is roughly how many shares Super Fusion held. Anyone have any ideas?
