I found a very similar announcement made oct 2007.
It got me thinking also, and i took the opportunity to take a tidy profit the other day and will wait and see over the next couple of weeks if its worth re-entering.
The major problem i see is that the sp is limited to the upside due to the 3b shares on offer, every pip will be a real grind and the percentage increase per pip will entice quite a lot of profit takers.
