    the difference between stockholders and Orbimed and Amgen is they are secured creditors, they are paid in full before shareholders. Shareholders are unsecured creditors and are only paid after everyone else if there is anything left. If anyone other than Orbimed and Amgen wanted to take over Unilife they would have to pay them off.
