Rudd is just not up to the job, it's that simple.
On another note why would you promote someone for a position that had no hope of getting it anyway?
Waste more taxpayers money maybe?
If Rudd was selected I'm more than sure he would have had his hand in the cookie jar at some stage, and taxpayers would be out of pocket.
